The hotel had a few drawbacks like the rooms being dirty with a funny smell and noise from the nearby parking lot and freeway at night, but it was close to conveniences. The service was superb, especially from Glenn, and the free shuttle to Disneyland was a big plus. The location was cozy but loud due to fireworks nearby, yet the shuttle service to the park every thirty minutes was appreciated. The dining options were great but had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances. Overall, a mixed experience with ups and downs.
The hotel had some mixed aspects to it. While the staff at night at the front desk were not very helpful, the rooms seemed old and outdated. On the positive side, our room was ready early, allowing us to head to Downtown Disney upon arrival.
